Right of Access

GDPR Art.15 / DPDP §11

Ask for a full copy of all personal data we hold, why we process it, retention periods, and who we share it with. We respond with an HTML + CSV report within 30 days.

Right to Erasure

GDPR Art.17 / DPDP §12

Permanently delete your data when it is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or processing is unlawful. A minimal anonymised audit log is retained to prove compliance.

Rectification

GDPR Art.16 / DPDP §13

Correct inaccurate or incomplete information without undue delay. You may be asked to provide evidence of the correct data.

Restriction

Pause all processing while accuracy disputes or objections are assessed, without requiring immediate deletion.

🇪🇺 GDPR (EU) 2016/679

Applies to EU/UK residents or EU-based data controllers. Mandates 6 data subject rights, 72-hour breach notification, and complaint rights with supervisory authorities (e.g. ICO, DPC).

🇮🇳 DPDP Act 2023 (India)

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Rights include access (§11), erasure (§12), correction (§13), and objection (§14). Data Fiduciaries must appoint a DPO. Penalties up to ₹250 crore.

FAQs

How long does it take?

Normal: 30 days. Urgent: 7 days. Legal action: 72-hour DPO acknowledgement. Complex requests may be extended to 90 days under GDPR Art.12(3).

What ID do I need?

Just your email address — we send a one-click verification link. No government ID required for standard requests.

Will my data really be deleted?

Yes — survey responses are anonymised, your user account is deleted. A minimal anonymised audit record may be retained to prove compliance per GDPR Art.17(3).

Can I request on behalf of someone else?

Only if you are a duly authorised legal representative (e.g. parent for a child, legal guardian). Describe the relationship in the notes field.
