• Platform analytics and reports

You hereby agree to:

• Not disclose, share, or distribute any data to unauthorized third parties
• Not use the data for any purpose other than your authorized role
• Not download, copy, or extract data without explicit written permission
• Delete or return all data immediately upon termination of access

3. Data Protection & Security

Your access is being monitored and logged. Your IP address, login time, and activities are permanently recorded for security and legal compliance purposes.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with anyone
• Access data beyond your authorized permissions
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Modify, manipulate, or falsify survey data

5. Intellectual Property

All data, software, designs, and content on ZeroView are the exclusive property of CNX Datalab Private Limited and its clients. You have no ownership rights to any data accessed through this platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNX Datalab Private Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Acknowledgment

By checking the acceptance box and logging in, you acknowledge that:
